How do I pay?

You can pay with cash or card – we accept cards in all our cars

Are there any time restrictions?

Pre-booked taxis are available 24 hours a day

Do you provide a receipt?

Yes

Is the payment secure?

Are there any surcharges?

Will I receive confirmation of my journey?

If required we are happy to send you a confirmation via text message.

Do you operate a fixed price policy?

All airport and seaport runs are fixed price, based on travelling from Lewes.

Can I book a vehicle with a child seat?

No, but you can use your own child seat and if you’re going away, we can look after it for you until you return.

Do I need to tip?

No, tipping is voluntary. But gratefully received!

Do I need to have an account with you to book a taxi?

No

Where do I meet my driver when I land at the airport?

We’ll meet you in the arrivals area, with a sign in your name.

When do I need to be at the airport by?

We recommend you check with your airline.

Do you need to know the flight number or terminal building?

We need your name, flight number and if possible, a mobile number.

Am I charged if my flight is delayed?

Not if the flight is delayed.

Is the price per person?

No, it’s per vehicle.

Are your drivers licensed?

How long will the driver wait for me?

For airport pick ups, we’ll wait until you come through.  If you’re held up, for instance in customs, we’d appreciate it if you could let us know.

I have a lot of luggage, will it fit?

Let us know if this is the case and we’ll make sure we send a suitable vehicle.

I’m a single female passenger, How safe are your drivers?

We are all CRB police checked & we have some female drivers
